Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.

  • Provide basic care, including changing bed linens and cleaning rooms.

  • Assist with mobility, including moving patients to and from beds and wheelchairs.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Report changes in patient conditions to RNs or physicians.

  • Participate in recreational activities to improve patients' mental health and well-being.

Requirements:

Must hold a current Tennessee can license
