• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed
• Assist nurses and healthcare staff in providing quality patient care
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Ensure patient comfort and respond to their needs promptly
• Document care provided and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
