Currently looking for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to fill an opening within an outpatient setting located around the West Plains, MO area. Interested candidates should be have at least an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant with a passion to work within an outpatient setting. Interested candidate should also have a valid COTA license and willing, or eligible, to obtain an MO license. Responsibilities of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

• Examining new clients and, with the supervision of an occupational therapist, develop a plan of care.
• The role of the COTA extends beyond helping patients to move their bodies, it also involves encouraging and motivating them to live fit and healthy even after treatment. 
• Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.

Requirements of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

• The Outpatient setting is open to New graduates from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) program
• Active Missouri COTA license
• Full-time, Direct-hire Opportunity
• Passionate about the Outpatient Setting
• Day shifts; Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts
