_{We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school-based team in Durango, CO. Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will provide targeted therapeutic interventions that help students achieve functional and academic success.}

• _{Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).}

• _{Support the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing treatment strategies.}

• _{Conduct therapeutic activities focused on fine motor development, sensory integration, and daily living skills.}

• _{Accurately document student progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes.}

• _{Communicate effectively with students, families, teachers, and interdisciplinary staff.}

• _{Adhere to school district policies and maintain strict confidentiality.}

_{Education & Certification:}

• _{Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.}

• _{Current and active COTA license in the state of Colorado.}

_Experience:

• _{Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.}
