Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a rehabilitation team supporting patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule with guaranteed hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life.

Schedule:

• Day shifts

• 36 hours per week guaranteed

• No holiday coverage required

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient goals

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Practice Setting:

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Long-Term Care (LTC)

Requirements:

• Active state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a SNF and/or LTC setting preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
