Utilize these tools on the fly in meetings quickly and adapt to user input to adjust and make changes in real time. Use meetings or other collaboration methods to generate documentation from diagrams or flowcharts. Deliverables: Flow Charts, Diagrams. External Technologies: Research, learn and explore the capabilities of other non-Pega-based technologies that might be able to help or contribute to overall Pega-based solutions. Code Review: Conduct code reviews to run quality checks and offers insight into ways to code or design better at scale. Deliverables: Code Reviews. Working in a Remote Environment: Work in a remote environment and manage a geographically-distributed team. Communication Skills / Collaboration: Communicate clearly and collaborate with teams to iterate on software development concepts and other ideas beneficial to the institute.
