Required Documentation
Items with a star (*) are required of all employees or contractors to submit to Inspire Services LLC before starting individual or group sessions independently. Additional certifications vary dependent on specific positions and must be submitted to Inspire Services LLC before seeing clients independently.
All future employees or contractors are required to complete 10-25 hours of direct individual or group instruction under the supervision of one of the Inspire leaders (Daniel H, Matthew H, or Daniel M). The specified training hours must be completed before providing fitness or social services independently under Inspire Services LLC.
Direct supervision allows for Inspire Services LLC to help implement/teach our Social+Fitness program with future employees and contractors. It also allows Inspire Services LLC to provide direct feedback and guidance to employees and contractors to make sure we provide a high-quality experience to all clients served. It should be noted the required supervision hours will not be paid.

6. Personal Training Certificate
7. SLP/SLPA Certification
8. Teaching Certification
