Required Skills: * Valid and current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) * Proven expertise in administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, and managing perioperative care * Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient assessment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with surgical teams and patients * Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations * Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills Nice to Have Skills: * Experience working in diverse medical environments, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical centers * Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems * Bilingual capabilities to assist a diverse patient population * Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS Preferred Education and Experience: * Master s degree or higher in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Anesthesia * At least 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA * Prior experience in specialty or trauma anesthesia is a plus Other Requirements: * Active state licensure as a Nurse Anesthetist * Willingness to travel, if required, with travel reimbursements provided * Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all health and safety regulations * Availability to work scheduled shifts, including potential evenings or weekends Embark on a rewarding career journey where your skills directly impact patient outcomes.
