Required Qualifications & Experience
Agile & Project Management Skills
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile SDLC best practices.
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or other Agile management tools.
Proven ability to lead Agile teams, resolve conflicts, and drive process improvements.

Technical Knowledge
Experience working with teams developing ASP.NET (MVC, Web API), C#.NET, SQL Server, Angular, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
Understanding of data migration, testing methodologies, and debugging processes.

Collaboration & Communication
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with collaboration tools (Google Docs, Miro, Balsamiq, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Preferred Experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist Certification (preferred).
Experience with Illinois workNet, IWDS2.0, or WIOA workforce development reporting systems.
Exposure to SharePoint 2013, ElasticSearch, and registry management tools.
