Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, documenting information accurately. Deals efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals, remaining calm and focused in stressful situations. Exhibits strong organizational skills with a high level of detail orientation and analytical ability. Provides excellent customer service with a patient‑centric approach. Utilizes basic computer knowledge and MS Office applications; working knowledge of Cerner is an asset.
