Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40-hour workweek (No weekends, holidays, or on-call duty)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Surgical Technology Program from an accredited institution.
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience and 1 year in Orthopedics.
• Strong skills in communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Ability to perform efficiently and handle emergency situations.
