The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the department, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves updating program documents, managing advisory committees, providing quality instruction and advising to students, and ensuring the efficient and effective use of department budgets and resources. The Chair will also be tasked with maintaining program accreditations, recruiting students and faculty, and managing the professional development and evaluation of department staff. Applicants must have a Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, a minimum of three years of full-time teaching experience at the college level, and a strong background in administrative roles within higher education.
