Key Responsibilities Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and resistance management. Review and evaluate change requests. Collaborate on time‑impact analyses for change requests and approvals. Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the change process. Aid in preparation of detailed change orders, detailing the change, associated costs, revised schedule, and necessary approvals. Maintain change control records, ensuring all submittals, modifications, etc., are tracked and recorded accurately throughout the project lifecycle. Support change management plans and strategies to aid in successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Partner with project teams and project controls to ensure change‑management considerations are integrated into project plans and activities. Why MICON Group, Inc? What It Takes 2+ years technical documentation evaluation experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to critically evaluate technical documents’ functional specifications to ensure they are delivered to the required standards. Experience in a position requiring high attention to detail is crucial. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
