Title : Change management analyst

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (hybrid 2 days a week on-site and 3 days remote)

Duration: : 6 months


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that support end-users and other impacted stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the project team to understand the impact of planned changes
  • Tailor strategies and approaches to different audiences, translating complex ideas into clear and impactful messages
  • Track and measure effectiveness of communications efforts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to amend strategies as required
  • Manage, execute on, and keep updated a change communication & training roll out plan
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their perspectives and facilitate bi-directional communication
  • Manage logistics of training, ensuring invites are properly created, sent and tracked; materials are prepared and provided, and follow-ups are timely
  • Update related documentation such as QRGs and other communication assets
