Role: Change Management and Training Analyst
Duration: Longterm
Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Organization Change, Organization Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training)
2+ years of relevant work experience in business readiness, leading change management, functional training, organizational design, communications or organizational development, project leadership and/or management consulting
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to work successfully with teams to complete high quality deliverables within tight time lines
Understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Familiarity with and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Strong proficiency with MS Office tools is a necessity. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Miro, Viva Engage) strongly preferred. Familiarity with multi-media, design, and publishing tools a plus.
Agile Proficiency preferred
Tasks & Responsibilities:
(Primary focus) Create/develop related change deliverables (including, but not limited to champion networks, communications, branding/marketing, and training), ensuring clearly articulated messages that prepare and motivate partners for adopting the change, and resources that provide partners the knowledge and ability necessary to successfully adopt the implemented changes.
Understand goals for the change and translate them into impacts to the organization.
For change initiatives, assess stakeholder change impacts and provide leadership in development of strategy and plans for business readiness including process change, training, and communications. Plan should be comprised of activities that leverage multiple channels, ensure appropriate support from key sponsors, and seamlessly transition individuals through the change lifecycle.
Influence and guide other employees through the change management process.
Ensure messaging is aligned with objectives of the initiative, the department, and the enterprise.
Build metrics to monitor engagement and readiness for change.
