Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding organizations through complex changes by developing and executing effective strategies to ensure smooth transitions. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess, plan, and implement change initiatives, while minimizing resistance and optimizing employee engagement.

In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify areas of improvement, and lead the development of change management frameworks. You will be responsible for creating communication plans, training programs, and support structures to help staff adopt new ways of working. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies for organizational transformations

  • Conduct impact analysis and assess readiness for change initiatives

  • Develop and deliver communication and training plans

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify resistance and risks, and devise mitigation strategies

  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to teams and individuals throughout the change process

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (such as PROSCI or CCMP) is preferred
