  • Job Title: Change Execution Consultant (Hybrid)
  • Duration : long-term
  • Location : Indianapolis, IN
  • Interview : WebCam/Skype

Job requirements:

  • Apply a structured change methodology and lead change management activities
  • Assess the change impact on individuals and organizations, evaluating capacity for execution
  • Conduct change management assessments (risk, strategic alignment, sponsorship, capacity, etc.
    )
  • Create and execute a change management strategy aligned with organizational pillars and the strategic plan
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, addressing anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams on integrating change management within project management
  • Develop actionable change management deliverables (change portfolio, communications plans, sponsor roadmap, training plans, etc.
    )
  • Support communications strategies and plans to build commitment, leading training efforts
  • Coach executives, managers, and supervisors in strengthening sponsorship skills
  • Integrate change management into the overall master portfolio, evaluating and ensuring user readiness
  • Identify key stakeholder talent impacting the organization's commitment to change
  • Track and report issues, define and measure success metrics, monitor change progress
  • Support building change execution capabilities across the organization
  • Possess experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening skills
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships, influencing others toward a common vision or goal
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, working effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Approach change with a forward-looking, holistic/systems view
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, strategic planning, and an understanding of data collection and analysis
  • Work effectively at all levels in an organization, understanding large organization issues, structure, and business acumen
  • Be a team player, collaborating with others, and familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and software development lifecycles
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts, with knowledge of training development and execution for process changes and software solution integrations
  • Change Management certification or designation desired; CCMP /Prosci certification a plus
  • State government/Indiana government experience a plus
