Job Description
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders for organizational initiatives
- Create change management roadmaps aligned with project timelines and organizational objectives
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage affected employees throughout change initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concerns
Resistance Management & Support
- Identify and proactively address resistance through targeted interventions and support strategies
- Serve as a point of contact for change-related questions and concerns from employees and leaders
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust change strategies based on feedback and resistance patterns
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure change effectiveness and employee adoption
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify improvement opportunities
- Track and report on change management activities, progress, and outcomes to project teams and leadership
Change Management Framework & Tools
- Apply change management methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency across initiatives
- Stay current on change management trends and bring innovative approaches to the organization
Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate change management into project plans
- Participate in project meetings and provide change management perspective on decisions and deliverables
- Support multiple concurrent change initiatives and coordinate efforts when changes overlap or intersect
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in change management or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in campaigning or outreach programs.
- Proven ability to execute a governance reporting structure.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Self- starter and autonomous worker with strong interpersonal skills.
