Job Description ::
OCM experience, not just a PM with general IT change management, but a proper Change Management Lead
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing a change strategy, including but not limited to:
o Case for Change, Change Impact Assessment Approach, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Communications Strategy, Training Strategy,
Measurement Strategy, Adoption/Sustainment Strategy
Developing and executing change management plans, in alignment with site-specific implementation plan
Partner with implementation team to conduct change impact assessment, including magnitude of change impacts across
People/Process/Technology and documenting the personas and individuals impacted
Assessing change readiness and overall project health using ProSci's PCT Assessment
Engaging with functional and site leadership to gather feedback and adapt change management plans, as needed
Developing and delivering project communications, both to St. Louis and to factory-specific stakeholders
Developing training strategy and working with site training coordinator to develop training plans
Defining success criteria and tracking end-user readiness and adoption
Conducting lessons learned sessions and identifying areas of opportunity for future implementations
Change management and digital transformation expertise.
Proven track record of successful change management implementations.
Ability to deliver end-to-end change management capabilities beyond just communications and training
Quality of change management resources provided.
Quality of deliverable samples provided.
Cost relative to value delivered.
Ability to travel to St. Louis and to each of the 5 factory locations for key project meetings and milestones.
ProSci certification is strongly preferred
Experience in warehousing and engaging with factory stakeholders is preferred
