Scope/ Background: Client is seeking qualified IT staffing firms to provide temporary IT professionals on an as-needed basis. These resources will support ongoing projects, backfill positions, and assist during long-term staff absences. The intent is to ensure continuity of IT operations and timely project delivery.
Project Overview: Client request resumes, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and onboard selected consultants. All work products created during the assignment will belong.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
  • Focus on the individual, Organizational and Departmental side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
  • Primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support change adoption required by a project or initiative.
  • Plan and support communication efforts.
  • Design, develop and deliver communications.
  • Assess the change impact and work with business leaders on actions.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support training efforts.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs complete with materials, tutorials, instructions.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Required Skills:
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
