Change Management Practitioner Trainer Apply
Scope/ Background: Client is seeking qualified IT staffing firms to provide temporary IT professionals on an as-needed basis. These resources will support ongoing projects, backfill positions, and assist during long-term staff absences. The intent is to ensure continuity of IT operations and timely project delivery.
Project Overview: Client request resumes, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and onboard selected consultants. All work products created during the assignment will belong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
- Focus on the individual, Organizational and Departmental side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- Primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support change adoption required by a project or initiative.
- Plan and support communication efforts.
- Design, develop and deliver communications.
- Assess the change impact and work with business leaders on actions.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Lead and support training efforts.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs complete with materials, tutorials, instructions.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

Education, Experience and Licensing
