Change Manager Apply
**Job Description:** - End to end change management experience – - ADKAR certification or experience would be great but they need to have delivered change management in the past - Use ADKAR methodology to create detailed change management plans. - Working experience for agile methodologies ( Nice to have : Squad/Guild/Tribe model) - Work with squads to ensure all change management documentation is complete – including change size assessments, stakeholder register and analysis, communication plans, etc., for each project assigned. - Work with cross functional teams like solution leads, project managers and other team members to ensure adoption of key initiatives. - Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Report the health of assigned change management initiatives on a weekly basis. - Identify risks and mitigation strategies. - Develop knowledge content for assigned initiatives, where needed. - Assess adoption post implementation and develop mediation plans as needed. - Experience working with subject matter experts to identify and develop content. - Use Jira or similar tool to track project assignments. - Peer review content developed by team members. Qualifications - 5+ years Change Management experience. - Excellent communication skills - Detail oriented - Good to have: - Supply Chain Experience - Instructional Design experience (ADDIE, 6Ds) - Experience with the following tools - Articulate Storyline ,Rise .Vyond ,Captivate
