Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager

Pay Range: $70,000~$95,000

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager with strong Amazon Ads experience and solid data analytics knowledge to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
This role will own channel-level performance, drive growth through paid media, and translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

What you will DO:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing ad campaigns
  • Manage Amazon or ecommerce advertising channels (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; DSP exposure a plus)
  • Develop channel-level strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights (ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CVR, etc.)
  • Build performance reports and dashboards with clear insights and recommendations
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization
  • Test and scale new ad formats, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align promotions, launches, and messaging

What you will NEED:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel marketing or performance marketing
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
  • Experience with digital marketing ads planning, execution, and optimization
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Amazon Ads Console, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools)
  • Solid understanding of paid media KPIs and attribution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Amazon DSP experience (audience targeting, retargeting, and full-funnel strategies)
  • Experience with additional paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Background in eCommerce, DTC, or marketplace-driven businesses
  • Experience with creative testing and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with automation tools and bid management platforms
