Channel Optimization Specialist Apply

With a thriving ecommerce business and strong marketplace presence, we are seeking a detail-driven, analytically minded Channel Optimization Specialist to help us maintain best-in-class listing quality, marketplace compliance, and channel performance. Responsibilities Position Overview The Channel Optimization Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing product listings across multiple ecommerce marketplaces. This role will focus heavily on listing quality, error resolution, compliance management, and continuous optimization within platforms such as Rithium, Amazon Seller Central, and Mirakl. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, operations, and vendor partners to ensure listings are accurate, compliant, competitive, and optimized for performance. Monitor and resolve listing errors and compliance issues within Rithium and respective marketplace platforms (i.e., Mirakl, Target, and Ebay) Manage and optimize product listings in Amazon Seller Central Proactively identify suppressed, stranded, or incomplete listings and resolve issues Improve listing quality scores, content completeness, and attribute accuracy Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and structured data Conduct marketplace audits to ensure brand consistency and MAP compliance Collaborate with internal teams to improve product data feeds and taxonomy Analyze marketplace performance metrics and recommend improvements Monitor marketplace changes, policy updates, and listing best practices Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on ecommerce marketplace experience Direct experience with: Rithium (listing error management, feed management/optimization) Amazon Seller Central (listing creation, suppression resolution, compliance) Mirakl (marketplace management) Strong understanding of marketplace listing optimization and quality standards Experience resolving feed errors, attribute mismatches, and catalog conflicts Working knowledge of ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, buy box, suppression rates, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer electronics or high-SKU retail environments Familiarity with structured product data and feed logic Advanced Excel skills Understanding of MAP policies and marketplace compliance frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr
