Role Overview Logitech is the Sweet Spot for professionals who want their actions to have a positive global impact while enjoying flexibility. We are looking for a dynamic Channel Solutions Engineer to drive growth through our Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Solutions Integration (SI) channel community. Location & Travel Full‑time remote/hybrid role based primarily in the Chicago Metro Area , but open to other U.S. tech hubs accessible to a major airport. The role requires travel up to 75% across the U.S. and occasional elective international travel. Responsibilities Equip channel partners with deep, actionable knowledge of Logitech’s video collaboration solutions through training, demos, and technical presentations. Collaborate with partners to assess end‑user needs and co‑create customized video collaboration solutions, guiding hardware and software integration. Support pre‑sales by addressing technical questions, overcoming objections, and providing insights to convert interest into sales. Provide partners with robust enablement resources, including competitive analyses, case studies, and sales collateral to confidently position Logitech offerings. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while deepening relationships with existing ones, leading engagement strategies to drive revenue. Translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable feedback for product development and strategy. Guide partners on industry standards and trends, especially in healthcare, education, government, ensuring compliance and leveraging innovation. Internally Facing Responsibilities Complete product training and certifications to stay expert on solutions. Collaborate with channel and marketing teams to refine sales strategies. Create and update technical documentation such as product manuals and troubleshooting guides. Analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to generate reports for business decisions. Gather and convey partner and customer feedback to product development. Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to align on company goals. Continuously improve processes related to partner management, sales operations, and technical support. Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities. Lead or participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions. Key Qualifications Deep expertise in AV and integration technologies, including video collaboration hardware and software. Advanced AV integration and IT networking skills, experience with cloud services and foundational cybersecurity. Extensive experience in Sales Engineering, AV, or IT roles, collaborating with product and business leaders. Strong cross‑functional relationships, expertise with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace. Dedication to a collaborative team environment and culture‑building. Professional Certifications Recognized certifications in networking, video technologies, or related fields (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft). Experience with sales methodologies, technical sales, and partner management. Key Competencies Aligned with Logitech's Values Effective Communication (Be Open): Simplify complex technical information for non‑technical audiences.
