Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring continuity of care by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LVNs, RNs and support staff members.
- Communicates with physicians and health team about changes in patient's clinical condition including, results of diagnostic studies and symptomology and is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Participates in Quality Improvement activities
