Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Finance professional with Minimum 3 years of startup experience, who has exposure to fund raising support, investor documentation, and statutory compliances. The role demands practical knowledge rather than only theoretical understanding.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in fund raising activities and preparation of related documents:Investor agreements, SHA, SSA, term sheets, cap tablesDocumentation related to domestic & foreign investmentsSupporting FEMA, FDI, RBI filings and compliance requirementsCoordinating with investors, legal advisors, CS, and consultantsHandling PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST and other statutory compliancesAssisting in payroll processing and compliance reportingPreparation of MIS reports, budgets, and basic financial analysisLiaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authoritiesMust-Have Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant finance experience in a startupExposure to investment / fund-raising documentationWorking knowledge of FEMA & foreign investment regulationsHands-on experience in PF, ESIC & payroll compliancesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environmentPreferred QualificationsCA Inter / MBA Finance / M.ComExperience in VC/PE-backed startups is a plus
