Site Visits & Financial Assessmento Conduct regular site visits to understand project-level operations, cash flowrequirements, and financial implications.o Assess actual vs. planned expenditure at project sites and identify cost overruns orsavings opportunities.o Work closely with project, operations, and engineering teams to align financialplanning with operational realities.2. Assessment of Financial Needs & Implicationso Evaluate short-term and long-term financial requirements for ongoing and upcomingprojects.o Analyze the financial impact of operational decisions, equipment deployment,manpower deployment, and project timelines.o Prepare feasibility and financial viability reports for new projects and businessopportunities.3. Exploration of New Financial Avenueso Identify and assess new financing options including working capital limits, term loans,equipment financing, structured debt, and other suitable financial instruments.o Evaluate cost of funds, repayment structures, and risk implications for each financingoption.o Support management in decision-making through comparative financial analysis.4. Liaison with Financial Institutionso Visit and engage with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and funding agenciesacross India.o Develop and maintain strong relationships with financiers to secure favourable fundingterms.o Coordinate documentation, presentations, and negotiations related to fundingproposals and credit facilities.5. Financial Discipline & Governanceo Establish and monitor financial discipline across the organization, including budgeting,approvals, and cost controls.o Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, accounting standards, and statutoryrequirements.o Strengthen internal controls and reporting mechanisms to improve transparency andaccountability.6. Management Reporting & Advisoryo Prepare periodic MIS, cash flow statements, fund utilization reports, and varianceanalysis for management review.o Act as a financial advisor to senior management on strategic, operational, andinvestment-related matters.o Support audits, lender reviews, and compliance-related discussions.Key Skills & Competencies Understanding of project finance, working capital management, and funding structures Ability to translate site-level operations into financial insights Excellent negotiation and communication skills Analytical and strategic thinking capability High level of integrity and attention to financial disciplineQualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 2/3 years of professional experience.
