Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
  • Document all interactions and troubleshoot issues for continual improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Proficient in using chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience handling live chat interactions and knowledge of chat best practices.
  • Familiarity with media production or the creative industry is a plus.
