You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi‑discipline, highly interactive team will establish process design basis, develop process options and optimizations of selected design, and calculate and organize data for process flow sheets. As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will: Perform conceptual and detailed design for advanced manufacturing facilities. Use best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems. Interface with other disciplines, project management, and the client to provide fully coordinated projects. Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks. Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on basic engineering applications and principles. Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process‑specific work. Here’s what you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering At least 8 years of chemical process engineering experience on manufacturing projects Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Moon Township, PA Ideally, you’ll also have: Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience in the design of semiconductor facilities Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base Ability to work independently for core tasks and reach out for specialized expertise Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams with members based in various regions Passion for engineering and developing solutions Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
