We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team, helping us enhance customer satisfaction through outstanding service. These are fully remote positions, with a focus on customer service, sales, and support in key markets.  We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the chemical industry within Illinois, Ohio, or Pennsylvania, as regional expertise can enhance our customer relationships and industry engagement. 

The Chemical Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding customer accounts, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and delivering tailored chemical solutions. This role requires strong sales and relationship management skills to meet both individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify and secure new customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend chemical products and solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to closing deals and follow-up support.
  • Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in chemical distribution or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
