responsibilities:
Development, optimization and transfer of analytical test methods with respect to internal and regulatory requirements. Support PDP process through the provision of analytical test method support, technical guidance and trouble shooting. This will be mainly routine testing, report writing and lab notebook review.
  • Analytical test support to R&D Analytical laboratory.
  • Validation, operation, maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting of laboratory instruments
  • Ensure all analytical testing is carried out as defined in Quality System
  • Perform analytical method development and validations as required.
  • Provide analytical support to process validations
  • Review of all laboratory Quality Systems to ensure compliance to GMP.
  • Participate in Regulatory, Internal and Vendor audit programs as required
  • Provide technical guidance / trouble shooting where applicable
  • Review and approval of Laboratory results and documentation
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology with 0+ years laboratory experience or Associates degree with 0-1 years analytical laboratory experience.
  • A desire to work in rheology.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Technical Report Writing skills and Attention to detail.
  • Can work safely with a variety of chemicals and instrumentation.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute tasks.
  • Software: Trios, Minitab desired
