Overview We are seeking a Chemist/Engineer to support lab experiments for our Kynar products and polymer synthesis. Key Responsibilities Support project-based lab experiments for Kynar products and polymer synthesis. Conduct experiments to formulate and test for physical, mechanical, and weathering properties. Develop and conduct research plans, analyze and communicate results to team, management, and customers. Contribute to testing improvements and upkeep of lab equipment. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering or related. No prior work experience required; internship/co‑op experience or 1‑3 years industry experience in liquid formulation, application development, or synthesis is a plus. Associate’s degree plus 10 years industry experience acceptable. Hands‑on laboratory skills with safety in a dynamic environment.
