Chicago - Labor and Employment Midlevel Associate

Position Overview Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a highly qualified mid‑level associate with 3‑5 years of litigation experience, including substantial employment litigation experience, to join the labor and employment practice in the Chicago office. Qualifications The successful candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, and professional experience that includes single‑plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, employment counseling, and investigations. Active Illinois Bar membership is required. Compensation & Benefits For positions in Illinois, the salary wage range is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors. Other compensation may include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
