The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a proven track record in data modernization, particularly within a consumer-focused environment. Key responsibilities for the Interim CDO include providing steady leadership to a core Data & Analytics team, establishing and managing a structured, accountable operating environment, and leading the execution of data initiatives with a strong focus on delivering measurable business value. The role also involves serving as a change agent to enhance the organization's digital maturity, improving the adoption of data capabilities, and driving the modernization of business intelligence programs. Applicants for the Interim CDO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in data-related fields, with a specific emphasis on data engineering, analytics, BI, or enterprise data architecture.
