The CDO will be responsible for establishing and achieving fundraising goals, overseeing all development functions, and fostering a culture of philanthropy. This includes managing a comprehensive donor database, leading major gift and grant strategies, and supervising the organization's annual fundraising event. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in development, capable of expanding the donor base and revenue portfolio. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in development, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership role.
