Note: Must be US Citizen. Location: Local would be preferred at first. Must have at least 6 months to a year of current experience. Interview Process: HM will request interview via Teams. Work Schedule: Routine shift hours. Infrequent overtime, weekend, or shift rotation.

- Perform engineering calculations, design evaluations, and investigations under supervision
- Support senior engineers in preparing plans, reports, and documentation
- Create and maintain layouts, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Conduct basic analysis to support selection of components, parts, and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to address design and production issues
- Provide non-complex technical support for production activities and resolve reported engineering issues
- Prepare technical proposals, reports, and presentations as required
- Ensure designs comply with established Oshkosh and industry engineering standards
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical preferred)
- Experience: Internship or 6+ months of relevant engineering work experience
- Technical Skills: CAD proficiency, analytical modeling, and engineering documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical team environment
