Role Summary: Our client is a forward-moving chemical manufacturing organization seeking an influential and growth-oriented Chief Executive to lead their journey of ambitious expansion. This high-impact role involves guiding a prominent chlor-alkali operation and executing strategic growth across the hemisphere. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to build a robust company culture and steer performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning across commercial and operational functions.
  • Establish policies and compliance frameworks aligned with both domestic regulations and global industry standards.
  • Oversee modernization efforts in systems and infrastructure through focused transition initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to secure operational integrity and growth.
  • Drive performance and profitability through strategic, hands-on leadership.
  • Foster employee engagement initiatives and cultural cohesion, particularly between newly integrated assets and the parent organization.
  • Champion the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and reinforce risk management frameworks.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven executive leadership experience at senior levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong background in chemical manufacturing processes and operational oversight.
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial leadership and plant operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a related field.

Core Skills:

  • Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management.
  • Solid understanding of financial strategy and business development.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities with a capacity to connect at every level of the organization.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for inspiring and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
