About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our rapidly growing cryptocurrency company. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and driving our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team to provide insightful financial data and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
