The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the organization's financial sustainability. This includes leading the financial planning process, overseeing investment strategies, and providing critical financial updates to the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will also be tasked with cost management, risk mitigation, and establishing robust internal controls for financial reporting and compliance. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or Master's degree in finance preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role within the healthcare or mental health sector, is required. The CFO must have a strong understanding of healthcare financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reimbursement models, particularly those related to mental health services. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
