The Role Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the CFO is a strategic partner and enterprise leader responsible for the credit union’s financial strength, balance sheet strategy, and risk framework. What You Bring to The Table You are a strategic financial leader who sees beyond the numbers. You understand how to leverage the balance sheet to drive growth, manage risk, and position an institution for long-term success. 8+ years of senior-level financial leadership within a bank or credit union Deep expertise in ALM, liquidity strategy, investments, and enterprise risk Confidence in presenting to the Board and partnering with regulators A strong foundation in accounting and finance (Bachelor’s required) A collaborative leadership style that develops talent and builds accountability.
