Chief Growth Officer (CGO) About the Company Leading provider of high-quality training products in the enterprise agility space IndustryProfessional Training & Coaching TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead and execute its B2B capability development in the enterprise agility space. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, enterprise segment growth, and channel partnerships expansion. This role involves identifying and servicing prospective and current enterprise customers, raising awareness of the company's offerings, and forging new partnerships to provide learning and training solutions to enterprises undergoing agile transformation. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with defining growth objectives, developing strategies to meet them, and collaborating with various internal teams to implement growth strategies. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should possess strong leadership and management skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and their application in enterprise environments. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role, including at least 7 years in a leadership position.
