Job Purpose
The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the organization's human resources strategy. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, compliance, and aligning HR policies with business objectives to drive growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all human capital matters.
Drive cultural transformation to enhance employee engagement and learning organizational effectiveness.
Talent Management
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and career progression initiatives.
Ensure robust onboarding and training programs to foster employee growth and retention.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive accountability and reward high performance.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure employee productivity and organizational success.
Employee Relations and Compliance
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and discretion.
Compensation and Benefits
Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
Oversee periodic benchmarking and ensure alignment with industry standards.
HR Operations and Technology
Streamline HR operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
Industrial Relations (IR)
Develop and maintain harmonious industrial relations to ensure a stable and productive workforce.
Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements with management and employee.
Address and resolve industrial disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a timely and fair manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industrial standards.
Build strong relationships with trade unions, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience

20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
