The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the firm's technology supports growth, operational excellence, risk management, and client service. This includes leading the Information Technology function, establishing and maintaining technology standards, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The CIO will also be tasked with leading the adoption of emerging technologies and ensuring that the firm's technology infrastructure is stable, secure, and scalable. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive technology leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in professional services, accounting, consulting, financial services, or similarly regulated industries. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in infrastructure operations, enterprise systems, and large-scale transformation initiatives, as well as a strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being preferred, and must demonstrate the ability to partner with business leaders, manage change, and translate strategy into execution.
