Responsibilities for this remote-based role include defining and executing trading frameworks for XLT-based DeFi investment strategies, with a focus on driving alpha through algorithmic design, risk optimization, and automation. The CIMO will be expected to blend Wall Street precision with Web3 speed, and must have a proven track record of managing large portfolios, particularly in the crypto, DeFi, or alternative markets. Applicants for the CIMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed portfolios exceeding $20B. Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, and Web3 is essential.
