The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing demand generation programs across various channels, with a focus on increasing the sales pipeline and driving prospects toward sales-ready conversations. This role requires a senior B2B demand generation specialist or agency with a proven track record in technical or industrial product marketing, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial automation sectors. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with the industry, including the buyer's journey and decision-making process, and be adept at organic and content-led growth strategies, such as SEO, email nurture, and LinkedIn for B2B. As a key member of the team, the Fractional CMO or demand generation partner will work closely with the CEO and the SVP of Strategic Sales to align on lead quality, handoff, and conversion strategies. The role is highly execution-focused, requiring the candidate to be hands-on in running campaigns and driving real results. Experience in working with or at an early-stage tech startup is essential, as is the ability to move quickly, communicate effectively, and iterate based on data and feedback.
