The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction, investment decisions, and development and construction activities of the organization. This dual role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 13 years experience in real estate development, investment, construction, or a related field, and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. The COO/CFO will be responsible for corporate leadership, debt and equity sourcing, deal generation, financial oversight, team development, risk management, and strategic planning. A strong background in the hotel and/or multifamily asset class is essential, as well as a proven track record in leading and supporting high-performing teams.
