The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in operational and financial management, particularly in high-growth, field-based service environments. The COO/Integrator will be responsible for driving operational and strategic leadership, owning the P&L, and ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a leader who can translate vision into actionable, measurable priorities, create and maintain efficient systems, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
