The COO will be tasked with translating the CEO's vision into daily operations, overseeing core functions such as sales, rental, service, parts, logistics, and fleet management. This key position requires a seasoned operational leader with a strong background in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial distribution environments, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, implementing scalable processes and systems, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional performance. Strategic initiatives, including geographic expansion, OEM negotiations, and post-acquisition integration, will also be a focus for the COO, who must be adept at data-driven decision-making, financial stewardship, and building and maintaining executive-level relationships. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred, and the ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant industry.
