The successful candidate will be a highly visible, hands-on leader with a proven track record in high-quality operations management, particularly in experience-centric club operations. This role is pivotal in directing all day-to-day activities, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service and memorable experiences to the club's members and their guests. The GM/COO will be responsible for upholding the club's values, maintaining exceptional member relations, and fostering a vibrant, engaging environment. Key attributes for the role include strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, and the ability to lead and motivate a large team. Applicants for the GM/COO position at the company should have a minimum of 5-7 years' progressive leadership experience, preferably in a private member-owned club or a similar hospitality operation. The role requires a candidate with strong personal qualities, including confidence, credibility, and a commitment to the club's mission. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient, respect the club's traditions while also being an innovator, and have a history of success in working with member boards and committees.
