The Camp Director will lead a seasoned team, oversee a large seasonal staff, and be instrumental in shaping the culture and community of the camp. Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer and Camp Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years' of progressive administrative and financial leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in camp operations, hospitality, higher education, or a related environment.
